PAYMENT OPTIONS
PayPal is our preferred payment option for purchase of goods from our website. It is one of the world’s most secure ways of online payments. It is fast, safe & reliable. There are over 9.3 million payments processed by PayPal daily. If you do not have a PayPal account, nothing to worry about, you can make payments through PayPal using your Debit/Credit card as well as bank accounts.
SHIPPING
For your convenience we have tried to minimize the cost of shipping. Furthermore, on most of our items we offer free shipping. If the item does not qualify for free shipping then a flat rate fee of $8.00 will be added to the cost of the item at the checkout. If you buy more than one item where neither of them qualify for free shipping then we offer combined shipping charge. What this means is that if you buy 1, 2 or more items, the cost of shipping will still be only $8.00. However, if you spend more than $100 in one transaction where one or more item/items do not qualify free shipping, we offer FREE SHIPPING. After receiving the payment, items will be shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post standard shipping.
WHAT IF I BUY THE WRONG ITEM
If you order and pay for the item and you change your mind for whatever reason before the item has been posted out, please get in touch with us via email explaining the circumstances relating your order (please include your full name, time and date of purchase and receipt/order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS WRONG OR FAULTY

If for any reason the items you receive are wrong, faulty or do not work as described, please contact us via email and we will resolve this issue immediately.
